How do you do it?

I read in some article that women gain 5 to 10 lbs after they get married. It's called the Newlywed Ten. It's been six months and yours truly has joined that group. It's crazy because I cook 3 to 5 times a week so it's not McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's like it was when we were both living on our own. We do have a pizza night. I promised my husband that we would still have pizza at least once a week. Here's where the honesty comes in. I'm not exercising as much as I should and although we're not drinking as many Cokes as I used, we do every day and usually eat dinner around 7 or 8p while watching TV. So now I'm trying to find another IPOD so I can download all of my favorite dance music and get it started. I cannot keep gaining weight and complain. I complain a lot. It's horrible how much I hate shopping, finding clothes to wear, the whole thing; however I only complain to my husband. I'm sure it gets on his nerves but hey, who else will I tell it to? And I will not complain in this entry. My question is for the women that are my size or bigger, how do you deal with your thighs touching and rubbing? I know....so much information from right now but this question has been on my brain for-ever! I see pictures of thick girls in the shortest of short skirts and dresses. Love the dresses and the looks but all I could think is how does she walk around, dance without feeling uncomfortable? I saw an interview with Beyonce and her mother and she stated that she wears thick tights or panty hose and it keeps everything together when she's on stage. I can understand that. But how does regular non celebrity women do it? Ladies, you have to share your secret with me. Now granted, I am trying my hardest to focus on losing weight. I want to lose 30 lbs by my 29th birthday (Dec 29). No need for me post my weight. I wouldn't want to shock you. :) I wonder...do they still sell Thigh Masters? Remember those commercials?
