Since I've gotten engaged, my weight has been up and down. Going to the gym, not going, diet up and then no diet, went through a drastic diet and lost 9 lbs in a week which was awesome but then it stopped. But...the time has come to diet and work out straight to the wedding. December 9 (4 months to the day of the wedding) will be the beginning of weeks of working out and eating healthier until that beautiful day. I will be realistic about my future weight loss and goals. I mainly want to lose 20 lbs. That's five pounds a month. I should be able to do that; however, if I don't, it will not be the end of the world. I just don't want to gain. Where I am now is okay but definitely not the best. Plus working out and eating better will help with my skin and hair. Both are just fine but can always be better. Overall it'll be helpful for me in the long run. In upcoming entries I'll list my regiments for working out, what I'll be eating, what I'll be using for my face like moisturizers and things like that. I am a woman of sharing.
